Shipping Locations
We currently ship to addresses within Singapore. International shipping is not available at this time.
Shipping Timeframes
- Standard Delivery: Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1–2 business days.
- Estimated Delivery Time: You can expect your order to arrive within 5–7 business days after it has been shipped.
- Pre-Order Items: Delivery times for pre-order items may vary. Please refer to the product page for specific timelines.
Note: Delivery times may vary during peak seasons, sales events, or holidays.
Shipping Fees
- Free Standard Shipping: Available for orders over $60 SGD.
- Flat Shipping Fee: A fee of $2.99 SGD applies to orders under $60 SGD.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number. Use the tracking number to monitor your shipment’s progress.
Failed Deliveries and Redelivery
If a delivery attempt fails due to incorrect address information provided by the customer or the absence of a recipient, the customer will be responsible for any redelivery fees.
Damaged or Missing Items
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If any items are damaged, missing, or incorrect, contact us immediately at service@jne.com.sg with your order details and photos of the issue. We will work quickly to resolve the problem.
Changes to Your Order
If you need to update your shipping address or make changes to your order, please contact us at service@jne.com.sg within 24 hours of placing the order. Once the order has been shipped, we cannot make changes.
International Orders
We currently do not support international shipping. All orders must be shipped within Singapore.
