Our Commitment to Parents

At Hamilton, we understand that parenting is a journey filled with unexpected moments. That’s why we stand behind our strollers with a hassle-free 2-year warranty, giving you peace of mind as you navigate life with your little one.


Your Warranty Coverage

Your Hamilton stroller is backed by a 2-year limited warranty (the “Limited Warranty”), offering you protection against manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship under normal household use.


Who Is Covered?

This Limited Warranty applies only if you:

  • Are the original purchaser and current owner of the stroller.
  • Purchased directly from the Hamilton by Yoop Shopify site.
  • Have used the stroller exclusively for household (non-commercial) purposes.

Note: The warranty is non-transferable and does not extend to purchases made on other platforms, including in-store, marketplaces (e.g., Shopee, Lazada), retailers (e.g., Mummy's Market, Mothercare), second-hand purchases, resales, or unauthorized retailers.


What’s Covered?

Hamilton will, at its discretion, repair, replace, or provide a substitute for any stroller or part found to have defects in materials or workmanship during the warranty period.

Covered defects include:

  • Frame defects: Structural issues, cracks, or breakage under normal use.
  • Faulty components: Defective canopies, harness systems, or folding mechanisms resulting from manufacturing errors.

What’s Not Covered?

The warranty does not cover:

  • Normal wear and tear: Scratches, fabric fading, fraying, or minor cosmetic issues.
  • Improper use: Damage caused by misuse, accidents, or failure to follow operating instructions.
  • Environmental damage: Exposure to sun, moisture, or improper storage leading to mold, rust, or fading.
  • Commercial use: Use in daycare or other commercial environments voids the warranty.
  • Unauthorized modifications: Damage from third-party accessories or alterations.

Exclusive 1:1 Unlimited Replacement Policy

For unused strollers, Hamilton offers unlimited 1:1 replacements during the warranty period if defects are identified before use. This ensures you receive a flawless product from the start.


How to Start a Claim

If you believe your stroller qualifies under this warranty:

  1. Submit a claim via email (marketing@jne.com.sg).
  2. Provide proof of purchase and photos of the defect.
  3. Our team will review and respond within 3-4 business days.

Important Notes:

  • Repairs or replacements do not extend or renew the original warranty period.
  • Replacement products may vary in color, model, or style from the original, depending on availability.
  • Hamilton does not ship replacement parts or products outside of the country of purchase.
